After rule B12 (pension debit members), insert—

“Part-time members

B13.

Where a person is entitled to an award under this Part and some or all of his service, by virtue of which his pensionable service is reckonable, was part-time service, his award shall be calculated in accordance with Part VIA of Schedule 2.”.
