In rule J3 (whole-time member of brigade who is not a regular firefighter)—
(a)
in paragraph (1), after “whole-time” insert “or part-time”; and
(b)
in paragraph (3), delete the words from “, or if the deceased was a woman” to the end of the paragraph.
