In Part V of Schedule 2 (injury awards)—

(a)

in paragraph 1(1), add at the beginning, “Subject to Part VIA of this Schedule,”;

(b)

in paragraph 1(2), after “rule G3” insert “or a failure to elect under rule G2A”; and

(c)

in paragraph 2(1), after “rule G3 had effect” insert “or the person failed to make an election under rule G2A”.
