# The Firemen’s Pension Scheme (Amendment) Order 2004, Paragraph 31


In Part I of Schedule 3 (spouse’s ordinary pension), in paragraph 1(2), add at the end “but taking into account the provisions of Part VIA of Schedule 2 (calculation of awards for part-time service)”.
