# The Firemen’s Pension Scheme (Amendment) Order 2004, Paragraph 38


In Part III of Schedule 4 (child’s accrued allowance), in paragraph 4, after “paragraph 2 or 3” insert “account shall be taken of Part VIA of Schedule 2 (calculation of awards for part-time service), but”.
