Paragraph 4

In rule A10 (disablement), after paragraph (1), insert—

“(1A)

In determining whether a disablement is permanent, a fire authority shall have regard to whether the disablement will continue until the age at which the person would otherwise be required to retire in accordance with rule A13.”.
