  "text": "In rule B9 (allocation)—\n(a) in paragraph (6), for “as to his good health” substitute “that he has a normal life expectancy”;\n(b) in paragraph (7), delete sub-paragraph (a);\n(c) delete paragraph (9);\n(d) in paragraph (12), for “even if” substitute “unless”;\n(e) after paragraph (12), insert—\n“(12A) Where—\n(a) after 13th September 2004, a person becomes entitled to be paid a pension which is reduced under paragraph (12); and\n(b) the beneficiary dies after that pension becomes payable,\nfrom the date of the beneficiary’s death the pension shall no longer be reduced by the allocated portion.”;\n(f) in paragraph (13), delete sub-paragraph (b) and the word “and” at the end of sub-paragraph (a); and\n(g) delete paragraphs (14) and (15).",
