# The Firemen’s Pension Scheme Amendment (Scotland) Order 2012, Introduction: Introductory text

Coming into force 1st April 2012
The Scottish Ministers make the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 26(1) to (5) of the Fire Services Act 1947and all other powers enabling them to do so.
