# The Firemen’s Pension Scheme (Amendment) (Scotland) Order 2013, Introduction: Introductory text

Coming into force 1st May 2013
The Scottish Ministers make the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 26(1) to (5) of the Fire Services Act 1947 and all other powers enabling them to do so.
