# The Firemen’s Pension Scheme (Amendment) (Scotland) Order 2015, Article 1: Citation, commencement, effect and extent


(1) This Order may be cited as the Firemen’s Pension Scheme (Amendment) (Scotland) Order 2015 and comes into force on 1st April 2015.
(2) Article 3 has effect from 16th December 2014.
(3) This Order extends to Scotland only.
