# The Firemen’s Pension Scheme (Amendment) (Scotland) Order 2015, Introduction: Introductory text

Laid before the Scottish Parliament 26th March 2015
Coming into force 1st April 2015
The Scottish Ministers make the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 26(1) to (5) of the Fire Services Act 1947 and sections 12 and 16 of the Superannuation Act 1972 and all other powers enabling them to do so.
