Article 1 Citation, commencement, effect and extent

This Order may be cited as the Firemen’s Pension Scheme (Amendment) (Scotland) Order 2016 and comes into force on 1st April 2016.

This Order has effect from 1st April 2015, except that article 4 has effect from 1st October 2015.

This Order extends to Scotland only.
