# The Firemen’s Pension Scheme (Amendment) (Scotland) Order 2022, Article 2: Amendment of the Firemen’s Pension Scheme Order 1992


(1) Schedule 2 of the Firemen’s Pension Scheme Order 1992 is amended as follows.
(2) In rule B7 (commutation-general provision)—
(a) in paragraph (3A)(a) omit “and before 1st April 2022”,
(b) omit paragraph (5),
(c) omit paragraph (5A).
