# The Firemen’s Pension Scheme (Amendment) (Scotland) Order 2022, Introduction: Introductory text

Made 1st March 2022
Laid before the Scottish Parliament 3rd March 2022
Coming into force 1st April 2022
The Scottish Ministers make the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 26(1) to (5) of the Fire Services Act 1947 and section 12 of the Superannuation Act 1972, as applied by section 16(3) of that Act, and all other powers enabling them to do so.
