  "text": "(1) In this Order the expression “the principal Scheme” means the Firemen's Pension Scheme 1973, set out in Appendix 2 to the Firemen's Pension Scheme Order 1973, as amended, and other expressions have the same meanings as in that Scheme.\n(2) The Interpretation Act 1889 shall apply to the interpretation of this Order as it applies to the interpretation of an Act of Parliament.",
