  "heading": "Short title, extent and commencement.",
  "text": "(1) This Act may be cited as the Fireworks Act 1951.\n(2) Subject as otherwise expressly provided, this Act shall not extend to Northern Ireland.\n(3) This Act shall come into operation at the expiration of a period of three months beginning with the date on which it was passed.",
