  "text": "Any notice authorised by this Act to be served by the Secretary of State on the occupier of a factory may be served either—\n(a) by delivering it to the occupier, or by sending it in a prepaid registered letter addressed to him at the factory to which the notice relates; or\n(b) where the occupier is an incorporated company, by delivering it to their clerk or secretary at the company’s registered office, or sending it in a prepaid registered letter addressed to the company at that office.",
