# Fireworks Act 1951, Section 9: Interpretation.


In this Act, except where the context otherwise requires—
“factory” means a factory licensed under the principal Act;
“magazine” means a magazine licensed under the principal Act;
“the principal Act” means the Explosives Act 1875,
and other expressions have the same meanings as in the principal Act.
