  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order brings into force on 28th November 2003 sections 1, 2, 3 and 5 of the Fireworks Act 2003 and (for the purposes of fireworks regulations made in exercise of powers conferred by the provisions of the Act brought into force by this Order) sections 11, 12, 13 and 16 of that Act.",
