# The Fireworks Act 2003 (Commencement No. 2) Order 2004, Note: Explanatory note


(This note is not part of the Order)
This Order brings into force on 15th July sections 4, 6, 7, 8 and 9 of the Fireworks Act 2003 and (for the purposes of fireworks regulations made in exercise of powers conferred by those provisions) sections 11, 12, 13 and 16 of that Act.
