  "heading": "Power to make further provision",
  "text": "(1) The Scottish Ministers may by regulations make further provision for the purposes of this Part.\n(2) Without limiting the generality of subsection (1), regulations under that subsection may make provision—\n(a) about the verification of applications and supporting documents,\n(b) about the sharing of information (for example, in connection with the verification of applications or the enforcement of this Part).\n(3) Regulations under subsection (1) are subject to the affirmative procedure.",
