  "text": "(1) This Part applies to—\n(a) category F2 fireworks,\n(b) category F3 fireworks, and\n(c) category F4 fireworks.\n(2) The Scottish Ministers may by regulations modify subsection (1) to add, amend or remove categories, types, classifications or descriptions of fireworks.\n(3) Regulations under subsection (2) are subject to the affirmative procedure.",
