# The Fireworks Regulations 2004, Regulation 1: Citation, commencement and extent

Extent: E+W+S

(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Fireworks Regulations 2004 and, except for regulations 9 and 11, shall come into force on 7th August 2004.
(2) Regulations 9 and 11 shall come into force on 1st January 2005.
(3) These Regulations shall not extend to Northern Ireland.
(4) Regulation 7 of these Regulations shall not extend to Scotland.
