# The Fireworks (Safety) (Amendment) Regulations 2004, Regulation 1: Citation, commencement and extent


(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Fireworks (Safety) (Amendment) Regulations 2004 and, subject to regulation 4, shall come into force on 8th June 2004.
(2) These Regulations shall not extend to Northern Ireland.
