  "text": "(1) Regulation 4(1) of the 1997 Regulations is amended as follows.\n(2) In sub-paragraph (a) the word “or” is revoked.\n(3) In sub-paragraph (b) after “mini-rocket” there is inserted “; or”\n(4) After sub-paragraph (b) there is inserted—\n“(c) any air bomb.”",
