  "text": "(This note is not part of the Regulations)\nThese Regulations revoke the Fireworks (Safety) Regulations 1986 which prohibited any person from supplying, offering to supply or agreeing to supply fireworks to any person apparently under the age of sixteen years.\nSection 31 of the Explosives Act 1875, which prohibits the sale of explosives (including fireworks) to any person apparently under the age of sixteen years, remains in force.",
