# The Fireworks (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2005, Note: Explanatory note


(This note is not part of the Regulations)
These Regulations amend the Fireworks (Scotland) Regulations 2004 (S.S.I. 2004/393) (“the principal Regulations”).
Regulation 2 amends Regulation 4 of the principal Regulations by removing the references to government and armed forces employees. The Crown is not bound by these Regulations.
