  "text": "(1) The Fireworks (Scotland) Regulations 2004 shall be amended as follows.\n(2) In regulation 4 (dispensation from the prohibition imposed by regulation 3)–\n(a) in paragraph (1), for “of the persons” substitute “person”;\n(b) for paragraph (2), substitute–\n“(2) The person mentioned for the purposes of paragraph (1) is any person who is employed by, or in business as, a professional organiser or operator of firework displays.”.",
