# The Fireworks (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2005, Regulation 2: Amendment of the Fireworks (Scotland) Regulations 2004


(1) The Fireworks (Scotland) Regulations 2004 shall be amended as follows.
(2) In regulation 4 (dispensation from the prohibition imposed by regulation 3)–
(a) in paragraph (1), for “of the persons” substitute “person”;
(b) for paragraph (2), substitute–
“(2) The person mentioned for the purposes of paragraph (1) is any person who is employed by, or in business as, a professional organiser or operator of firework displays.”.
