  "text": "In regulation 2 (interpretation) of the Fireworks (Scotland) Regulations 2004—\n(a) for the definition of “adult firework”, substitute—\n““adult firework” means a—\n(a) category F2 firework (within the meaning set out in paragraph 2 of Schedule 1 to the Pyrotechnic Articles (Safety) Regulations 2015);\n(b) category F3 firework (within the meaning set out in paragraph 3 of that Schedule); or\n(c) category F4 firework (within the meaning set out in paragraph 4 of that Schedule);”;\n(b) omit the following definitions—\n(i) “amorce”;\n(ii) “BS 7114”;\n(iii) “cap”;\n(iv) “category 3 firework”;\n(v) “category 4 firework”;\n(vi) “cracker snap”;\n(vii) “novelty match”;\n(viii) “party popper”;\n(ix) “pyrotechnic composition”;\n(x) “serpent”;\n(xi) “sparkler”; and\n(xii) “throwdown”; and\n(c) omit the word “and” immediately after the definition of “the enforcement duty”.",
