# The First-tier Tribunal and Upper Tribunal (Chambers) (Amendment No. 2) Order 2017, Article 2: Citation and commencement


Insofar as it relates to proceedings under Schedule 3A to the Communications Act 2003, article 5 comes into force on the day on which, and immediately after, section 4 of and Schedule 1 to the Digital Economy Act 2017 come into force.
