# The First-tier Tribunal and Upper Tribunal (Chambers) (Amendment No. 2) Order 2017, Article 5: Amendment to the First-tier Tribunal and Upper Tribunal (Chambers) Order 2010


In article 12(a) (functions of the Lands Chamber), after sub-paragraph (iv) insert—
“;
(v) proceedings under Schedule 3A to the Communications Act 2003;
(vi) proceedings under the Riot Compensation Act 2016.”.
