# The First-tier Tribunal and Upper Tribunal (Chambers) (Amendment No. 2) Order 2017, Article 6: Amendment to the First-tier Tribunal and Upper Tribunal (Chambers) Order 2010


In article 13(1) (functions of the Tax and Chancery Chamber), after paragraph (h) insert—
“;
(i) an application under section 151, 181E or 181F of the Tax Collection and Management (Wales) Act 2016.”.
