# The First-tier Tribunal and Upper Tribunal (Chambers) (Amendment No. 2) Order 2026, Article 1: Citation, commencement and extent


(1) This Order may be cited as the First-tier Tribunal and Upper Tribunal (Chambers) (Amendment No. 2) Order 2026 and comes into force on 5th November 2026.
(2) Any amendment made by this Order has the same extent as the provision amended.
