# The First-tier Tribunal and Upper Tribunal (Chambers) (Amendment) Order 2012, Article 3: Amendment to the First-tier Tribunal and Upper Tribunal (Chambers) Order 2010


In article 10(a) (appellate functions of the Administrative Appeals Chamber of the Upper Tribunal), for sub-paragraph (viii) substitute—
“(viii) against a decision in a road transport case;”.
