Article 7 Amendments to the First-tier Tribunal and Upper Tribunal (Chambers) Order 2010

In article 13 (functions of the Tax and Chancery Chamber), after paragraph (g) insert a semi-colon and—

“(h)

an appeal against a decision of the First-tier Tribunal made in the Property Chamber in a case mentioned in article 5A(a).”
