Article 2 Amendments to the First-tier Tribunal and Upper Tribunal (Chambers) Order 2010

The First-tier Tribunal and Upper Tribunal (Chambers) Order 2010^f1 is amended as follows.

In article 5A (functions of the Property Chamber), for paragraph (h) substitute—

“(h)

proceedings relating to mobile homes and caravan sites.”

In article 13(1)(b)(i) (functions of the Tax and Chancery Chamber), for “Financial Services Authority” substitute “Financial Conduct Authority or the Prudential Regulation Authority”.
