  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order amends the First-tier Tribunal and Upper Tribunal (Chambers) Order 2010 (S.I. 2010/2655) to reflect the conferral of further functions on the First-tier Tribunal.\nFunctions are conferred on the Property Chamber of the First-tier Tribunal to approve the exercise of statutory powers of entry conferred on listing officers and valuation officers of the Valuation Office Agency where the occupier of the property has refused consent.\nFunctions are conferred on the Social Entitlement Chamber of the First-tier Tribunal in relation to appeals regarding childcare payments.\nAn impact assessment has not been prepared for this instrument as it does not affect business, charities, voluntary bodies or the public sector.",
