Article 3 Amendment to the First-tier Tribunal and Upper Tribunal (Chambers) Order 2010

In article 13 (functions of the Tax and Chancery Chamber)f1 in paragraph (1) after sub-paragraph (b) insert—

“(ba)

an appeal in respect of a decision of a Minister under section 147(4)(a) or (b) of the Policing and Crime Act 2017f2;”.
