  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order amends the First-tier Tribunal and Upper Tribunal (Chambers) Order 2010 (S.I. 2010/2655) to reflect the conferral of further jurisdiction relating to appeals from monetary penalties imposed for breaching financial sanctions legislation under Part 8 of the Policing and Crime Act 2017 (c. 3).\nA full impact assessment has not been produced for this instrument as no, or no significant, impact on the private, voluntary or public sectors is foreseen.",
