  "text": "Article 13(1)(h) of the 2010 Order continues to apply in respect of any case where—\n(a) an application for permission to appeal under rule 21(3)(b) of the 2008 Rules, or\n(b) a notice of appeal under rule 23(2) of the 2008 Rules,\nis received by the Upper Tribunal before the date on which this Order comes into force.",
