The First-tier Tribunal and Upper Tribunal (Chambers) Order 2010f1 is amended as follows.

In article 6 (Functions of the Social Entitlement Chamber), after sub-paragraph (ea) insert—
“(eb)under the Childcare (Early Years Provision Free of Charge) (Extended Entitlement) Regulations 2016f2”.
