  "long_title": "This Order replaces and updates the First-tier Tribunal and Upper Tribunal (Chambers) Order 2008 as amended. As was the case with the 2008 Order, this Order organises the First-tier and Upper Tribunal into chambers and makes provision for the allocation of those tribunals' functions between the chambers. It provides a power for the Senior President of Tribunals to allocate a case to the most appropriate chamber in the event of doubt or dispute, and for a Chamber President to re-allocate a case to another chamber.",
