# The First-tier Tribunal and Upper Tribunal (Chambers) Order 2010, Article 5: Functions of the Immigration and Asylum Chamber of the First-tier Tribunal


To the Immigration and Asylum Chamber of the First-tier Tribunal are allocated all functions related to immigration and asylum matters, with the exception of matters allocated to—
(a) the Social Entitlement Chamber by article 6(a);
(b) the General Regulatory Chamber by article 3(a).
