  "text": "To the Property Chamber are allocated all functions conferred on the First-tier Tribunal relating to—\n(a) a reference by the Chief Land Registrar and any other application, matter or appeal under the Land Registration Act 2002;\n(b) proceedings under any of the enactments referred to in section 6A(2) of the Agriculture (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1954 or the Hill Farming Act 1946;\n(c) housing etc , under the Housing Act 2004;\n(d) leasehold property;\n(e) residential property;\n(f) rents;\n(g) the right to buy;\n(h) proceedings relating to mobile homes and caravan sites;\n(i) proceedings for approval by the First-tier Tribunal of the exercise of a power of entry, made under paragraph 6B of Schedule 9 to the Local Government Finance Act 1988 or under section 25A of the Local Government Finance Act 1992.\n(j) proceedings under Schedule 3A to the Communications Act 2003 (the Electronic Communications Code);\n(k) proceedings under the Energy Efficiency (Private Rented Property) (England and Wales) Regulations 2015.\n(l) proceedings under Part 2 of the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954 as specified in regulations made under section 63(2A) of that Act.",
