# The First-tier Tribunal and Upper Tribunal (Chambers) Order 2010, Article 8: Functions of the War Pensions and Armed Forces Compensation Chamber


To the War Pensions and Armed Forces Compensation Chamber are allocated all functions related to appeals under the War Pensions (Administrative Provisions) Act 1919 and the Pensions Appeal Tribunals Act 1943 .
