  "text": "In this Order—\n“the 2013 Rules” means the Tribunal Procedure (First-tier Tribunal) (Property Chamber) Rules 2013;\n“application”, in article 4 and Schedule 1, includes the bringing of an appeal to the Tribunal;\n“lead case” means a case which is directed to be a lead case under rule 23 (lead cases) of the 2013 Rules;\n...\n“related case” means a case which is directed to be a related case under that rule;\n...\n“Tribunal” means the Property Chamber of the First-tier Tribunal.",
