Regulation 1 Citation, commencement and interpretation

These Regulations may be cited as the Fish Labelling (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2014 and come into operation on 13th December 2014.

The Interpretation Act (Northern Ireland) 1954^f1 applies to these Regulations as it applies to an Act of the Assembly.
