  "text": "This order brings into operation on 1st October 1981 the provisions of Part I of and Schedules 1, 2 and 3 and Part I of Schedule 5 to the Fisheries Act 1981. The only provision of that Act not in force after that date is section 31 which relates to schemes of financial assistance for fish farming in Great Britain.",
