# Fisheries Act 1981, Section 28: Offences by bodies corporate.

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

In section 12 of the Sea Fish (Conservation) Act 1967 (offences committed by bodies corporate) after “section 3”, there shall be inserted “ 4, 4A, 5 ” .
